At MAPS Aquatics & Exotics, we take pride in providing healthy livestock and quality aquarium products. Every order is carefully inspected before it leaves our facility. Please review our return policy below.

Live Fish, Shrimp & Other Live Animals

Due to the nature of live animals, all live livestock sales are final.

We do offer a Live Arrival Guarantee for eligible shipments.

To qualify:

• Someone must be available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.
• Photos of the unopened bag(s) and the livestock must be emailed within 2 hours of delivery.
• Claims submitted after 2 hours cannot be approved.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If approved, we will provide either:

• Store credit, or
• A replacement (when available).
